الخدمات و عرض السعر والمكان كان جداً جداً رائع ولكن كان فيه نقص بالعمالة, كذلك بالمساج مااخذت وقتي كامل لوجود عاملة واحدة وعند تبديل لبسي تطق الباب وتسأل بشكل متواصل حتى استعجل لتبدأ المساج و كذلك بعد المساج تطق الباب حتى استعجل بالخروج برغم وقتي باقي ما انتهى

I had a wonderful experience at N.Lashes Riyadh! After facing a minor issue with my lashes, I contacted them and three days later they welcomed me back with no hesitation — they re-applied the lashes without any questions. The way they handle issues is incredibly professional and respectful, and they truly make you feel valued as a client. The place is clean, luxurious, and easy to access with valet parking available. The receptionists and technicians were beyond excellent. Every riyal spent here is absolutely worth it, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Overall the experience was fine but I have a couple of notes. I didn’t like that the eye cover is reused , they just sprayed alcohol on it. It would be more hygienic to use disposable ones. Also, there was nothing to see or smell during the massage — no flower or relaxing scent to create an atmosphere. Small details like that would really improve the experience.
