Overall the experience was fine but I have a couple of notes. I didn’t like that the eye cover is reused , they just sprayed alcohol on it. It would be more hygienic to use disposable ones. Also, there was nothing to see or smell during the massage — no flower or relaxing scent to create an atmosphere. Small details like that would really improve the experience.

Calm spa is the answer .. never fails to reconnect my mind and body, leaves me feeling so good! Marrocan bath with Hayat Hand and feet with violly and May Tai massage with Janice .. everything is ten out of ten!

The way they handle issues is incredibly professional and respectful, and they truly make you feel valued as a client. The place is clean, luxurious, and easy to access with valet parking available. The receptionists and technicians were beyond excellent. Every riyal spent here is absolutely worth it, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
