Nice massage. Just a couple of things. On the start it would have been nice to ask what sort of pressure I like. Also I am pretty sure on booking it said 60min massage but was done within 45min. Room it self was nice but the floor could do with a mop.

I just love the girls at ugly bettys. They are all so friendly, welcoming and amazing at what they do. Today I had reflexology and a hot stone massage from Chloe - I left there feeling super relaxed and like I was walking on air. I also had acrylic nail infills with Hailey who always does brilliant nail art for me which gets compliments from many people I meet.

Dont want to tell you how good the head massage was, because i dont want her to be booked up. Serious feel so revitalised and relaxed, will definitely be going back. Generally lovely and wecoming and made me feel really comfortable. Very greatful. Thank you 😊

Bought the signature Japanese head massage plus some add ons as a Valentine’s gift for my boyfriend. The original appointment had to be rescheduled due to a broken pump, however the staff were absolutely lovely about the rearrangements and I couldn’t be happier with their efforts. Thank you so much! My boyfriend had an absolutely phenomenal time, and said it was well worth the wait. He can’t wait to go again, so we will definitely be booking more visits in the future!

Kresh did my facial today and she was absolutely brilliant!! I went for a bespoke facial and we began with any skin concerns I may have, she was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained each step during the facial and also gave a head/shoulder massage during the facial. I left feeling very happy and relaxed and my skin looks amazing.
