Thanks for the great deep tissue massage Indy. Highly recommended for anyone preparing for any running event, as my self a keen runner managed to stay injury free last year thanks to the combination of deep tissue and sports massages. Pregnancy massage. Pat is very professional and takes care to make sure that you and baby are well. She really knows what she is talking about and tailors each massage to help and support any particular symptoms you may be experiencing throughout your pregnancy. Pat is very adaptable and I trust her to provide the right treatment for me and my baby. Not only is it very relaxing (and easy to fall asleep to if you need it) but it alleviates general pregnancy aches and swelling. A treat I always look forward to. I would highly recommend. In fact, I have purchased a voucher for my pregnant friend

Indy's deep tissue massage are the best. She can easily detect areas of focus and has the ability to apply the right amount of stress to relax and release the muscle. Found her service during my pregnancy and since then I have gone every few months to get a full body massage. Thank you Indy!
