Was running late with my original appointment time, they still squeezed me in for the last appointment of the day. Have been a regular with Tonia for quite sometime now, and she's no less than a magician when it comes to hairstyling.. be it the new season cut, or going on a vacation, gearing up for my next work trip or a getting ready for late nighout / dinner.. she's always made me look sharp and ready for all occasions .. Lovely experience at the Federation today it was my first time with Joeline but she really took the time to understand my hair requirements and what was needed for the day. Fair has been taking care of my hair since I moved to South Africa a few months ago and she is amazing! Her 90s blowouts are perfect! She has trimmed my hair and done a gloss treatment and also color through toner to not damage my hair. She’s now also taking care of my husbands curly hair! It was great . Very informative. If it wasn't of money could have started treatment immediately. Simon explained the root cause and what is affecting my hair condition in detail.

Excellent very kind and accommodating. Simon took the time to explain all the different treatments available had a look at my hair all in an hour free consultation.

Friendly staff and easy to find hair services - what more could I ask for? What truly stood out was the pain-free experience during my natural hair wash, detangling, and styling - a testament to their skill and care. The ladies at Nalane helped me decide on a style and used a divine-smelling moisturiser which led me to discover their in-house product line. I couldn't resist purchasing all three products! I'm hooked!😅

Friendly and gentle stylists. I haven’t been in a salon in over 10yrs as i don’t like my hair being combed and blowed dried. At Nalane they respect that and are gentle with detangling and doing my hair. I have found a new home for me and my kids.
