I visited today for an Indonesian traditional massage with an add-on head massage. The therapist, Rathu, was skilled, and the overall ambiance and interior of the spa were lovely—very calming and well-designed. The experience was good, though it didn’t surpass treatments I’ve had at other places. One downside was that the head massage was done without any oil, which caused my hair to tangle and form knots. Using some oil could have made the experience more comfortable. Overall, a relaxing visit but with some room for improvement.

I recently tried the Body treatment at Martha Tilaar Spa in Colombo, and it was absolutely amazing! The 120-minute experience left me feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. The body scrub was invigorating, followed by a soothing steam session and a relaxing 60-minute massage. The herbal bath at the end was the perfect touch, making me feel completely relaxed and nourished. The spa’s atmosphere is calm and serene, enhancing the overall experience. I want for a gent's haircut – nothing fancy. Due to a mix-up with the online booking, I had to wait 15+ minutes, but once another hair stylist had taken over from the one originally assigned things were fine. Kind and professional service. As always with a new hair stylist, communicating what exactly you want to have done can be tricky, especially when you're not from Sri Lanka ;-) My advice: be as specific as possible and don't hesitate to ask for corrections if necessary. I'll definitely come back.
