I had such a wonderful experience. She is very professional, friendly, and really listens to what my hair needs. Last month she recommended a shampoo and hair treatment set for my very dry and rough hair, and I’ve been using them ever since. I can already feel my hair becoming softer, healthier, and much easier to manage. Today she even remembered me and asked how my hair was doing, which made me feel genuinely cared for. I cannot rate this salon enough. I came in here after having my hair destroyed by bleach, after wearing a wig for a month Shemiah fixed my colour up beautifully and Jan made me feel beautiful again. This was my second time around today and my hair is in so much better condition thanks to Jan and the team. You are literally treated like a VIP from the moment you walk into Elite. From fresh pastries to prosecco, this isn't just a hair appointment, it's an experience. There's nothing that can make you feel more special than a day of craic and beautiful hair in Elite. It was my first time with Sheila and she was so patient with me. I did bikini wax and I am very sensitive with waxing but I can say with confidence that the pain was bare minimum, I am even considering a full wax for the next time. The studio is hygenic and she uses all necessary tools for a professional experience. The work was perfectly done! Thanks Sheila!

The best experience I've had in the last 5 years in Ireland! Sincerely thank you for taking such good care of me and my hair. I haven't been this happy since I arrived on this Island!!!! I pleaded before...guided...asked what I wanted...once I even had to go back in order for the hairdresser to fix what mistakes they made and honestly for way too much money. In this shop I didn't even have to explain much! Both hairdressers are true professionals! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart ❤️
