I can't say enough good things about my experience! Finding a stylist who truly understands curly hair can be tough, but this appointment was a game-changer. Gemma was knowledgeable about curl patterns, took the time to shape my curls in a way that suits my face and really put me at ease as I hadn’t had my hair cut professionally in years! My curls have never looked or felt better—defined, bouncy, and healthy. I finally feel like my hair is being cared for the way it deserves. Highly recommend for anyone with curls!

I had a wash cut and blow dry today by Alice. All the staff in the salon were so lovely and such warm happy vibes , great energy. Alice was so polite and welcoming and I am super pleased with my hair cut results! My hair is so long down to the bottom of my back, Alice did an amazing job giving it a good tidy up! I recently had a waxing session at Namaste Swindon Beauty Services by Reema, and I must say – it was the best experience I’ve ever had! Reema is such a kind, well-educated, and experienced professional. She did full arm, full leg, underarm, and Hollywood waxing for me, and it was done with minimal pain and great care. This was my first appointment with Gemma after a consultation in the summer. I had a Crown Treatment with a cut and I left the salon feeling 100% satisfied. Gemma was really attentive to my hair, brilliant at explaining every step of the process and took time when styling to listen and offer tips on how I can maintain and replicate the style at home. I have booked my next appointment already. I would definitely recommend Gemma to other people with curly, textured and/or afro hair.
