Genuinely, If I could give more than 5 stars I would in an instant. Not only is Zed so so good at her craft but also so understanding and accommodating with my low blood pressure (which meant I struggled to stand for long periods to cut my long hair) but also slaved away drying my hair into thick hair into flawless curls for a whole hour! Jed is also a fab conversationalist and any silences were never awkward. So many top tips to incorporate into my routine. Not to mention, such a dream to finally have a curly haircut in Stroud! I will be back Jed 🙏❤️

Jed is a GIFT FROM GOD for curly hair. I am not being overdramatic when I say that the curly-haired people of Stroud (and beyond) are genuinely blessed to have Jed here to look after them. She is highly skilled and knows her way around any texture your hair could throw at her. She'll follow your wishes but adds her own expertise into the mix in terms of what's possible and what would suit you best. She is also a lovely human and great to have a chin-wag with. As long as she's cutting hair she'll be my hair dresser.

I just had the Ultimate Curl Experience with the incredible Jed. I have type 4, coily, curly, dense hair which tends to get quite dry, and Jed was meticulous with cutting, washing, steaming, treating and styling it. My curls haven’t been this defined and hydrated in a long time. Jed is wonderful, and the salon is beautiful decorated, light and airy. I would highly recommend Jed and the Curl Centre to anyone with curly hair!

I found this amazing boutique completely by chance a year ago and it was one of the best things ever. I'm very lucky to have Rachel look after my hair, but to be completely honest every stylist there is incredibly talented. As you go through the door your greeted by Grace, she is such a great asset to the boutique and takes wonderful care of you. I regularly have cut, blow-dry's and highlights, I also come in for wash&blow-drys and not once have I been disappointed. The products they use are of good quality, I've just brought a new hairspray, this bad boy will hold even through a tsunami.

This appointment was for my daughter. A straight haired mum with a curly daughter. Jed made my girl feel like a beautiful woman. She has not stopped smiling. I would recommend Curl Central to any curly haired person or straight haired mum.

Jed is an absoloute master, my curls have never looked better, thank you so much!! Such a relaxed enviroment, Jedd listened to exactly what i was after and I am amazed at the results, if you are on the fence about booking an appointment, go for it you won't regret it!!

Had a lovely experience at Brown's Boutique, I had a warm welcome from the receptionist, there were plenty of precautionary measures in place due to Covid, and the salon was modern, fresh and clean. I only went for a wash cut & blow-dry but the hour flew by as Katie my stylist was very friendly, chatty and efficient, working wonders to bring a bit of life back into my hair. Would happily go back again and I'd highly recommend! :)
