Ettie did a brilliant job with the colour. I was wanting to lose some of the warmth and have a more ashy look with blonde which is by no means easy on jet black Chinese hair. I love the finished look, as does my daughter!!! Love my new cut and the finish, Elle was fabulous in giving me a fresh new look and also loads of at home advice for styling it myself. Many thanks to both.

Sam put my hair up for a wedding and it was amazing - had lots of compliments about the style through the day! My hair stayed in place all day, despite it being an incredibly hot day with lots of dancing too.

I went to see Cheila today for the rituals experience and oh my days! Hair has never felt so soft and light, I can't stop playing with it. Loved the mini massage and my scalp feels very nice too =D Will definitely be adding this into the rotation of hair treatments! Cheila is a super star like always!

She’s absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to get my extensions fitted. Still absolutely love my hair. She cut it perfectly and I feel so much more confident with it! It’s so thick already and actually has style now! Thank you so much again Sam! I couldn’t recommend anymore more!

I felt very much looked after. From the moment I arrived I felt welcome and guided through the steps seamlessly. Fun fact: my hair looked great for my neice's wedding the following day, and I felt amazing when I walked out with a smile.

My 2nd visit and very happy with the service provided. Welcomed by two staff at reception and taken straight to a styling station. Offer a drink. Spoke with Felix before a trainee took me for my hair washed, this was lovely and I felt well pampered. Felix then cut and styled my hair, checking in with me throughout. My hair looks and feels great.

I had a disaster after combing out very long dreadlocks, so came in to the salon with very damaged and odd length hair hoping for a miracle. I was really worried about sorting it out and I can only describe the restyle I got here as magical and looked better than I could have ever expected given the damage. Both my son and I have been going to Siobhan for around a year now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s not only highly skilled and a complete perfectionist, but she also has a real passion and deep knowledge of hairdressing and barbering. Every cut is done with care and precision, and she always makes sure we leave looking our best. On top of that, she’s friendly, welcoming, and brilliant with kids, which makes the whole experience enjoyable every single time.

Emily Charlotte was absolutely fantastic for my wedding hair trial; very knowledgeable and gave excellent advice on my styling and clearly has a great eye for what will work! She was also super friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout. I’m over the mood with how my hair turned out. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience every time I visit, everyone is so lovely and welcoming. Cally (as always) did such an amazing job with my hair, I’m so happy with the cut and colour. She really puts her all into making sure you’re pleased with everything. She’s so lush to chat to and makes you feel very comfortable!

Emily did an amazing job with highlighting my hair. I haven’t been happy with the colour for anges and it was the first time I felt great walking out of the salon in a long time!
