Caitlin is the best hairdresser my partner and I have ever had. She is always friendly and chatty and a few times has been really flexible when I couldn't make it. Caitlin is the only hairdresser I have been to for four years and is a great ambassador for the business! As we are leaving Leicester, I can only say that we will miss her deeply

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Excellent Service from Matt I recently visited Gould Barbers Leicester and had a fantastic experience. Matt is a great barber who cut my hair very well with skill and precision. Such an amazing experience as usual! Had a lovely catch up and she worked a miracle on my hair! Tape removal, full head of highlights and lowlights, toner, wash, cut, blow dry, tapes fitted and styled, she really is the best, highly recommended!

Jodie did yet another fantastic job! She did a wash, cut and blow dry for me and not only did the style look amazing, but the colour she had done previously is still soooo beautiful. She really made my hair look dreamy! Highly recommend her!
