Craig, the manager, was very helpful - even taking time out to provide me with some excellent local restaurant recommendations (to dive as a local might). The salon is stylish and clean. I was thankful the hairdresser took me in on short notice and she was very nice and friendly. However, I did not really like the cut I had as I feel the layers I got were very choppy, and the style felt outdated compared to the photo I used as reference. Also other hairdressers use heat protection product before blow drying or heat styling, and show the back of the hair with a mirror after the cut is done. With some more training the overall experience will be great!
