The renovated salon looks and feels amazing! All your staff are kind, friendly and professional. I had a not so great experience my first time here and I really wanted to give the benefit of doubt. I’m so glad I took another chance - I’ll be returning! Thank you for offering a salon for us in London - we are sincerely under acknowledged and I have yet to find a salon that compares locally.

I absolutely LOVE my hair. Maria did my cut and Aleksandra did hair treatment/blow-dry. Also Sultan did a great job threading my upper lip. I have VERY thick/long hair which worried me but they handled it perfectly! Will definitely be coming back.

My experience was great! They were so patient explaining things to me! I ended up bringing the wrong hair for the style I was thinking, but had the right hair for another! 💜 thank you for my bouncy crochet curls :-)

The straightening service was amazing! The manager threw in a free wash and blow dry to make up for my previous experience. The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is because I waited almost 40 minutes to be seen.

This was my second time here and again I am in love with how my hair came out. This time I got the small Fulani braids. The braiders were impeccable, the service was so accommodating and the timing that they completed my hair was impressive. I came in at 9:15am and was out by 12:45pm! I was still able to enjoy the rest of my day and run errands! They definitely ate this style up! Starting school in style. 👏🏽🙏🏽❤️☺️

Aleksandra did an amazing job on my hair! She really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything looked exactly right. The cut was neat, stylish, and suited me perfectly. She was also super friendly and made the whole experience comfortable. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great haircut.

Above and beyond! My first time at DC - Andrea was excellent! She made me feel like what I wanted mattered. In fact the whole team made me feel welcome. I was discussing a future appointment because the last place I visited unfortunately highlighted my hair incorrectly and it didn’t turn out how I wanted. All the staff at DC converged around me to discuss how they could fix it. Then, my meter was running out in the parking lot and the owner very kindly went out and topped it off for me in the freezing cold and didn’t want the money back. Very nice salon - my new go to now 🥰

I always love my visits, I dint feel rushed and Gabriel is so professional and he gives great recommendations and suggestions, he is a professional.

I got a haircut today at Fanshawe with Maria and she did an amazing job! I have very thick hair and she took her time to work through it carefully, giving me exactly the result I wanted. I left feeling so happy and confident with my hair. Highly recommend Maria!

My first time at this salon and it was great. I felt like royalty. The staff were friendly. The place was very clean and smelled wonderful. I got the hair spa and it was amazing. I had multiple stylist working on my hair. They were all kind, and professional. I especially appreciated the care and gentle way they handled my 4C textured hair. They checked in with me throughout the process to ensure I was pleased. They explained what they were doing. Excellent service. I highly recommend especially for black women looking for a trustworthy salon that know how to care for black textured hair.
