I had an excellent time and the results were satisfactory- I love my new hair! My only concern was that 1) it didn't clearly mention on the website that Salon 34 is run by the hairstylist training program at Abbotsford Secondary School and therefore 2) getting there was confusing, and I had to have staff let me into the school as the doors were locked and the website didn't give clear instructions on where the Salon was located and how to get there. Other than that, the appointment went smoothly and I got excellent care from one of the students while the instructor supervised.

Genuinely the best experience I've ever had with hair. She knew exactly what she was doing and even showed me how to style the natural texture in my hair that I didn't realize I had. She was very relaxed and made the appointment really comfortable and casual and it overall was a wonderful experience. Definetly coming back!!

I have to share how incredible my salon experience was! They did a fantastic job, and they were so friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did they help me learn new things about my hair and styling and gave me great tips on using different hair products, even those not from their shop. And get this – there are dogs in the salon! How awesome is that? They will continue to have my business and recommendations to my friends!

Sarah really knows color! She is great at accessing the current state and can work on a plan to change/improve hair. She can also do great cuts too. Oh, and she’s a nice person!
