From the moment I walked into Lavender Jane Hair, Tylena made me feel so welcomed. She took the time to explain the whole process of a nanoplasty, which really put me at ease. I could already see the difference as soon as she started drying my hair – it looked smoother and healthier straight away. Now it feels so soft, sleek, and straight! I can’t recommend this treatment enough – your hair will honestly thank you for it.

Cass is knowledgeable, not just with styling but with overall hair health, and you can tell she really cares about achieving the best results for her clients. Every time I leave the salon, I feel amazing. She’s absolutely incredible at what she does!

Brilliant experience again! Jess is a perfectionist in the expertise of colour, cut and style. It is such a pleasant experience once you walk into Olivia's Secret Hair and Beauty, smiles are everywhere and you can tell all stylists truly enjoy being part of a team. I now go fortnightly yes for my treatment, trim and styling if not for colour but also because of the enjoyable environment and I always leave happy and relaxed with a smile on my face. To truly understand this you must visit Olivia's, I am not local and drive a bit of a distance to attend my appointment. A must-visit!!
