This women is the queen of colouring hair! Takes her time & allows everything to process as it should. Fantastic at all aspects of colouring and has all the knowledge. You feel in safe hands and would 100% recommend. Once you’ve seen Maria you won’t go anywhere else! Absolute find in Norwich xxx

From start to install Liv has been amazing. Messaged her after seeing her on insta with a couple of questions, she was so quick to respond and get me booked in for a consultation. Incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease with absolutely no pressure to book in. Before confirming she was still happy to answer my questions - no matter how dense. During the install I was so at ease. Within the first 5 mins we were chatting away about all sorts. At the end of the appointment she checked everything repeatedly to make sure I was happy. Beyond pleased with my hair now!

I can't recommend this salon enough! I have the blow-dry club membership, and as someone with fibromyalgia, it's been an absolute godsend. It really helps on the days when my energy levels are low, and knowing I can come in and leave feeling so much better is invaluable. The girls are all so lovely, welcoming, and friendly, and they're always so accommodating. They’re really flexible with appointments, even at short notice, which is a huge help around my work schedule. Most importantly, they always do an amazing job with my hair. I leave every appointment feeling refreshed and confident.

I recently got extensions for the first time, and Liv was absolutely amazing! She took the time to explain every step of the process and the aftercare, making sure I felt completely comfortable and informed. I’m in love with my Remi Cachet hair extensions - they look and feel incredible. Liv’s salon is gorgeous, and the whole experience was just lovely from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone! Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been going to Juste for a while now, and she never disappoints! She’s so friendly, welcoming, and always makes me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. My nails are always beautifully done, and I love how natural and elegant they look every time. Juste takes her time, pays attention to detail, and it’s always such a lovely, relaxing appointment. I had a really wonderful experience with Rosie, for a hair wash, blow dry and cut! She was very at ease and confident, skilled, and easy to talk to. I was very happy with her work, and felt very relaxed and comfortable through the whole appointment. I would highly recommend her services and hope to have appointments with her in future!

First time getting extensions & Liv was super accommodating, friendly & knowledgeable. She educated me on aftercare and the correct products to use. I left feeling the most confident I’ve ever felt & have been in love ever since. It’s been over a month since having them fitted and they still look & feel like i’ve just had them done! Highly recommend 🤍

After reading Alice's lovely reviews online..🥰 I received a prompt response after enquiring. I get nervous, excited, anxious with appointments.. Alice made me feel welcome and at ease from the first consultation appointment. 4 week's later, leading up to fitting, feeling excited. I'm new to having extensions- so didn't know how it would feel. My hair!! I have hair 🥰💖 it feels absolutely lovely! Alice is lovely, so very professional. In a comfortable lovely salon environment. Thankyou so much 🥰xx

Best hair experience I've ever had. Blended my natural hair into bleached ends beautifully. Created such a subtle, lived in effect. Carla was also incredibly calm and friendly. If I could rate 10 stars I would! ⭐️

As always, amazing. Went in early for my appointment just to chance it and got my appointment moved forward without any hassle. Went in looking like a mess, hair up and just looking sad, came out looking and feeling awesome. Super friendly each and every one of them xx
