Fantastic stylist and a great atmosphere also when you book your appointment for your hair, make sure you book your appointment for your Nails and your Eyebrows also Lashes all in the same salon the girls are amazing and so helpful. Would highly recommend this salon..

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Finally a good, thorough, professional and dedicated stylist! Today was my first time at Ella Hair & Beauty and I can straight up say, I have finally found my go to hair stylist 👏🏾 as believe me when I say I was loosing hope. Like my hair looks and feels CLEAN and healthy - I cannot stress how some stylist do not know the basics of how to wash (good good wash) and style Afro/textured hair and Ella just KNEW and executed it like a queen. As I write this, I’m just about to book my next hair appointment in with her. Don’t hesitate to book x

Love my trips to this salon. The girls are all lovely and make the whole experience a pleasure from start to finish. They give you excellent advice for taking care of your hair in between appointments too. Love my fresh hair from Lily today. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my hair done - nowhere I’ve been prior to The Salon Sanctuary matches their attention to detail and customer service quality.

From the moment I walked in I felt as if I was meeting a best friend. I suffer from anxiety and David was absolutely fantastic. He made me feel so comfortable as he is so down to earth he even made me a cup of tea before starting my hair. We chatted for a while discussed what I wanted and he started to work his magic. I have never had a hair stylist finish drying my hair and style it so I could go straight out to the shops!!!!! I couldn't have asked for anyone better. I asked questions about what he was doing and he answered them,also gave me advice on styling . I travelled from Wales !!

Absolutely love my colour and extensions of Sarah! Looks absolutely gorgeous then I had a hair up by macy it looked gorgeous and got so many compliments! My daughter had a curly blow by macy and it still looks fab the next day! Best salon always got me in aswell even tho they are chocker! These girls really go out there way ❤️

Fantastic Salon staff are brilliant love Janet she does the weave and wigs . They also braid hair. They also do eyelashes,threading,and nails. Every thing need in one shop⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came here a few weeks ago with two friends, each for a bouncy blow, are hair all looked unreal and we couldn’t have been happier with the service! Each getting are hair done at the same time although they’d been booked half an hour apart, and the free glasses of prosecco we were given. Overall a wonderful experience and such lovely girls that work there, the price, super reasonable and would definitely recommend to anyone in the area, hope to be back soon! Thank you ladies xx

Alison is a curl BABE. The difference between my hair when I walked in and when I left is absolutely unreal. She's brought my hair back to life- and it's not the first time 🫣. Not only that but she's such a great person and I always really appreciate chatting with her. Couldn't recommend her more!

Lovely salon with such a good vibe amongst the staff. You can tell they really care about providing the best service and go above and beyond in delivery. Love my new colour and was so relaxed the whole time, especially during the head massage. Thanks so much Lily for my lovely new hair do.

Booked a wash, dry, and trim for my first visit here, and Elli was fantastic. She walked me through every step and was incredibly thorough in confirming the length before starting. My hair is quite delicate, so I really appreciated her careful, attentive technique. It looks great—I’ll definitely be back!

Lovely experience as always from this salon. David cares well for his clients needs and will always advise what is best for the client. I have full trust and confidence in David which is an unusual thing for me due to previous salon experiences!
