As this is my 1st time to visit the saloon. It was a good place however 3things to improve for future: 1- flexibility in the booking system. 2- prices and considering membership 3- offer coffee and water , I was at the saloon for 4 hours.

The staff is very quick and efficient! They know what they are doing and they do it well :) Amna is a pro in facials and she recommends what fits best based on skin type, Salma gave me a very nice haircut that fits my face. All the ladies at mani pedi are also nice. I am definitely coming back again.

I have booked gelish manicure with other manicurist but I must say, Dil (i hope I am writing in correctly) was super amazing. She was sooo precise and did her job with aparent patience I have never seen in this salon before. I will book further appointments only with her from now on.

Thanks for a wonderful service. I walked in with my daughter & Brown Sugar was more than accommodating. Despite a full schedule, they managed to cater to us and we are pleased with the results.
