Always feel refreshed after a two hour session for facial and body massage at Beauty Loft. I love the staff too for always looking after me and making sure I’m comfortable and the service they provide me is what I need. Highly recommend and will always be back. ❤️❤️❤️

Best beauty salon experience in Auckland! Sammy was amazing. She treated me with so much respect and put a lot of love into the services she gave me. She was thorough but also resourceful with time which I appreciated so I could maximise my weekend. I had the lash lift which results blew me away! Looked like falsies. And a perfect gel mani/pedi. Will be booking again to try the massage package with my partner soon.

Enjoyed it. Good mix of back massage, wrap and facial. Massage was performed at a quicker pace than I usually like it but would still recommend

A lovely experience overall. I wonder if a warm, thicker cover towel and a towel to lie on instead of of the thin paper cover would be nicer as an experience of luxury, and the face hole in the table be covered a bit better. Perhaps the creams etc could be warmed up a little before applying? The back massage and scrub was amazing!

My massage was fantastic but everything used was way too cold and the room was too. I had to have the heating going in my car and again at home to try and warm up. This took the enjoyment out for me. Also. Please remove your chocolates at the front desk. Nice idea, but they are so old and off and they taste terrible.

Excellent massage and relaxing facial. Great way to spend an hour !
