I have been seeing Rhe for about 6 years now and it’s safe to say I would never go anywhere else! I’ve recently started seeing Em and she is just amazing! Such a perfectionist. The service is next to none. From treatments to skincare L’Imperatrice has it all. These girls never cease to amaze! I’m so happy I have found you both. The girls are both beautiful inside and out. Rhea did a good job with my brow lamination. Really enjoyed the attention to detail and asking me how I would like my brows evened out. The only issue was the booking system didn't make clear that wax wasn't included (and there was no option to book just lamination + wax). I'll keep in mind next time to book lamination + tint if I want wax too.

It has been such a lovely experience having laser hair removal with Naaz. She explains the whole process of what is happening and what will happen over the course of the treatments which really helps with your understanding and to manage expectations! Highly recommend!

I booked for laser hair removal treatment, Had a great experience with their service. They had specialised machine which suits my skin perfectly . Very professional and friendly staffs.

I had a great experience. Rheanna is absolutely lovely and made me feel very comfortable.

Acrylic nail removal was gently but effectively done, eyebrows threading was great as usual.

Good haircut for my daughter. Only thing is I’ve been here 2 times before and the hairdresser was great. This time the lady is asking me , how do you want me to style her hair, which brush should I use ? Asking me questions that she was meant to do herself. Got me wondering will she go a great job but she did fine . I prefer the other hairdresser she did amazing with my daughter last times .
