Chloe did a colour correction as unfortunately I had a bad experience elsewhere. She took so much care and the whole experience was great finishing of with a lovely gentle blow-dry and style. The team are lovely and always accommodating. I’ve had Rachael and Charlotte do my hair in the past too and it always turns out beautiful. Thanks total makeover team.

First time meeting Zoe today she managed to fit me in for blow dry and cut when I had originally only booked in for a root appointment. Zoe was friendly and chatty and attentive as she and asked me how I usually style my hair and then did a cup would suit. When washing my hair she was really gentle, in the past I’ve had people really scrub my hair but she was really gentle. I went away feeling relaxed rather and I am really pleased with my new hair. I totally recommend Zoe and I definitely be going back to her

Fantastic colour change of my foils, opted for an autumnal shade instead of my usual blondes. Chloe did a great interpretation of the photo i brought along that suited my hair really well and asked my preferences throughout styling during the blow dry. Lovely visit, always value for money and made to feel welcome.

Absolutely amazing service from Otilia, once again. This appointment was for my daughter (sadly not me!), and her hair looks incredible. The colour is exactly what was asked for, and compliments her skin tone beautifully. Otilia is incredibly honest, and has a wealth of experience to help guide decisions on colour and style. We wouldn’t use anybody else. As always 10/10! 💕

I had my makeup done by Will and he is absolutely amazing — I loved how it turned out! I also had an updo by Emily and I’m genuinely obsessed, she did such an incredible job. I would definitely recommend them both!

Totally love my new hair. I feel Charlotte listens and then uses her years of experience and her intuition to create the style you want. In addition to this she is always happy and bubbly. I’m just what you want from a trip to the hairdressers! I would highly recommend Charlotte.

I can't recommend Zoe enough! She made me feel absolutely stunning from the moment I looked in the mirror. ✨ My makeup felt so light that I genuinely forgot I was wearing any, yet it lasted beautifully all day.
