I booked my first haircut at a salon after two years of not getting my haircut due to anxiety, I had my hair cut by Maddie and she made me feel really comfortable and at ease. She did exactly what I asked for and made my curls look super healthy and I feel super confident with my new haircut. I will definetly be coming here again!

This was my third visit to Hair by Michela, and once again I couldn’t be happier! I have thick, difficult wavy/curly hair, which isn’t always easy to cut and style, but Michela really knows how to work with it. The cut and bouncy blow-dry was fantastic. I left the salon feeling great. Michela is incredibly talented, friendly and professional and after having had several bad hair experiences locally, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair now.

Charles was very welcoming, made me feel comfortable and relaxed on my first visit to the hair cabin. Great advice was given to me for my hair texture and I loved the style he cut for me, hair feels lovely and a lot lighter and my fella loved it. Thank you Charles, look forward to seeing you again x

Absolutely amazing experience. Thank you so very much Michela. You have worked wonders. The time you spent teaching me the best ways to care for my curls was brilliant and look forward to waking up tomorrow knowing how to refresh and care for my hair. If you have curly hair I can honestly recommend Michela. Being new to the area and finding a hairdresser was scary but what a find. Michela doesn't charge the earth and actually doesn't need to see me for another 4 months. No more 6 to 9 week appointments.

I’ve finally found a curly hair specialist who doesn’t charge three times the price of a standard salon, and honestly that alone deserves a round of applause. Michela’s pricing is really competitive, but what makes her stand out is how well she actually listens. I went in wanting shape and body without losing my length (every curly girl’s fear!), and she absolutely nailed it. My cut has movement, bounce, and still feels like me, just better. Claire was fantastic and quick, but the issue we had was our slot was double booked which was difficult to explain to an autistic child as we had gone through the routine with her. Then to tell her we had to leave and come back was challenging for both Ellie and parent.

Michela is a very knowledgeable and friendly hairdresser and an expert on curly hair! My previously straight but unruly hair is now so curly naturally, it's amazing. I feel like I understand my hair much better and now have a full curly hair routine suited to my hair type. I am recommending her to everyone I know with curly hair!
