Dave is a hair wizard. He always takes the time to talk me through different options and talk me through what he’s doing. Alongside being a total hair magician, he is always aware of restrictions caused by my disability and makes sure that I’m physically comfortable at every stage of my appointment, be it sat in the chair or at the basins. Dave is super personable and has great attention to detail, I look forward to every appointment and cannot recommend him highly enough. #TeamDave

Kelsey is in my opinion the best extension/colour specialist in Bournemouth. I’ve had more bad hair experiences than I care to mention, but after watching her work for some time & seeing how much she cares about the work she puts out, I gladly switched to her. This girl will never let you leave unhappy, she will work until you’re in love with your hair & that is unfortunately, a quality seriously lacking in the hair industry. If you’re needing a new hairdresser I promise you won’t regret picking Kelsey, she is elite. 10/10

Lauren did an amazing job with my hair. With the help of Michael, they fixed my hair from a badly highlighted blonde that was growing out to a multi- dimensional brunette. They listened carefully to what I wanted, whilst also recommending colours for me. After previously having difficulties with my curly hair at other salons, they did a great job and put me at ease. This was my first visit to Suzana and I can honestly say I am thrilled with my haircut! I have washed my hair this morning and given it a rough blow dry and it looks exactly how I wanted it to. A lot of weight removed but length left. Brilliant!
