Absolutely amazing!! Megan was so warm and welcoming and took the time to really understand my curl routine and give me recommendations for my hair type and goals. She was meticulous with my dry cut & gave me a fresh new style but stayed conservative so if my curls shrank it was still low risk. Megan was also the first curly hairdresser that diffused my hair where I actually liked it. No crunchy curls in sight. It was the first time ever leaving a salon happy with my curls and she is first the hairdresser other than me to do my curls where I haven’t hated it. Would recommend her to anyone!

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Finally a good, thorough, professional and dedicated stylist! Today was my first time at Ella Hair & Beauty and I can straight up say, I have finally found my go to hair stylist 👏🏾 as believe me when I say I was loosing hope. Like my hair looks and feels CLEAN and healthy - I cannot stress how some stylist do not know the basics of how to wash (good good wash) and style Afro/textured hair and Ella just KNEW and executed it like a queen. As I write this, I’m just about to book my next hair appointment in with her. Don’t hesitate to book x

Stacey (and co) are always welcoming, friendly people and do excellent work, making sure your desires are met. Highly recommended, I travel from Birkenhead especially as I can always rely on a great cut. I understand the apprentice is looking for people to regularly cut their hair, under Stacy's supervision. From the moment I walked in I felt as if I was meeting a best friend. I suffer from anxiety and David was absolutely fantastic. He made me feel so comfortable as he is so down to earth he even made me a cup of tea before starting my hair. We chatted for a while discussed what I wanted and he started to work his magic. I have never had a hair stylist finish drying my hair and style it so I could go straight out to the shops!!!!! I couldn't have asked for anyone better. I asked questions about what he was doing and he answered them,also gave me advice on styling . I travelled from Wales !!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down the best curl experience I’ve ever had! Meg really took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed, and my curls have never looked or felt better easily the best curl cut of my life. I didn’t know what to expect from the Indian head massage, but wow it was incredible! So relaxing and gentle, and now I honestly never want my hair washed any other way. The whole ritual felt so thoughtful and luxurious, and I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and completely in love with my curls. Can’t recommend this enough an absolute treat for both hair and soul!

Thanks to Elis who did so well doing my steaming and blow drying yesterday She was so gentle and transformed my hair from being very tangled to a smoother looking The only thing is that we could have done with a little more oil to my hair and scalp as it looked very dry when I got home but well done Elis highly recommend 🥰

It's took over 15 years to find a hairdresser who knows about curly hair, without making me feel like my only option was a straight blow dry! I loved every second of it and was delighted with the results. Thank you so much Louise and Scarlet.

So happy to of found Helen again! I have never felt more listened to by a hairdresser or barber before! Helen really knows what she's talking about and has the skills to implement what she says. The consultation was extremely helpful and she gave the best styling tips and product recommendations. I have had both long and short styles cut by Helen, and cannot recommend her enough!

I'm absolutely blown away by my experience with Meg today. I've straightened the life out of my hair for 30+ years. 3 months ago, I decided enough is enough! Time to embrace my curls and learn to love them! I only wish my appointment had been sooner.....I learned so much about my hair in 1.5 hours and could have saved a fortune on curly hair products had I known what I know now! Meg really put me at ease straight from the off! I had loads of questions....she answered them all and was so knowledgeable. I'm on this journey now and I'm hoping Meg will guide me all the way! 100% recommend 💜

As someone who hadn’t had a haircut in over five years, I was super nervous about finally getting it done. My hair is super long but lacked shape, and so I really wanted to find a curl expert who knew exactly what would work. So glad I found Meg, as she knew just what to do with it and has cut and styled it absolutely perfectly. Her appointment space is gorgeous and she’s just the loveliest, most down to earth human too. Totally recommend!

She made me feel comfortable right away, took time to understand my curls, and explained every step. Her attention to detail is incredible — every curl was shaped with care, and my texture feels alive, defined, and effortless. I’m so pleased with my haircut today by David. He really knows how to treat and style curls and is so knowledgeable about curly hair. It’s always a gamble when you try somewhere new for a curly cut but I couldn’t be happier! My hair is now looking healthy and bouncy and has some much needed shape. I’m so glad to have found this salon. All the staff were really friendly too. David was just amazing, so talented and a lovely guy. I will 100% be returning.

I made the the mistake of going to someone cheaper for my hair cut and ended up rushing back to Lou to fix my curls. She transformed my flat, boxy layers and gave me volume whilst maintaining my length, which is exactly what I asked for!! I feel like my hair has so much more movement and shape, I’m so happy with it. Lou, you’re the curl whisperer.

I had my first ever curly cut with Meg today and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain everything about my hair, curls and routine. Her knowledge is incredible and it’s so clear how passionate she is about helping people embrace their natural curls. I had the best first visit to Wilderness yesterday. Lovely atmosphere in the salon too. David was amazing, he really listened to what I wanted and made a few great suggestions about small tweaks to the shape once it was dried. The curl by curl cut when my hair was dry was so much better than the usual wet cuts. The wet brush I bought is going to be an absolute game changer. I’ll see you again in November xx

1st visit to the salon and I had a curly haircut and style with Eddie. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I felt comfortable and at ease. Eddie cut and styled my hair lovelyand gave me aftercare advice and tips. I have already booked my next appointment. Very pleased.🙂
