Jess & Grace are so lovely and welcoming, they both know so much and were so helpful when I asked about what products would be good for my hair. My hair looks amazing now, and it was worth every penny, I’ll definitely be returning. Not to mention the salon is gorgeous and the service around having drinks made for you was 10/10. Highly, highly recommend

Absolutely blown away from start to finish! Grace was amazing with my daughter at her initial consultation we went away feeling like we were in such good hands! I had a consultation this afternoon. Jacky was attentive and listened to what I had to say. I asked several questions about my locs and she was able to answer them and put me at ease, so much so, I have booked an appointment to have my hair done. The salon is bright and modern. I can't wait for my appointment

A lovely Salon. The owner Jacky Guy and her staff take so much pride in the work they do, and are conscious of the customers needs and requirements. A lovely and friendly environment with a wide range of clients from all backgrounds. I love the fact that the staff and the owner pay particular attention to the customers needs; and offers good advice regarding the aftercare of the customers hair and styling tips. Therefore when the client leaves the salon and goes home they have a better understanding on how to manage and maintain their hair - until their next appointment. Thank you Jacky

It was my 1st time in Bedford & also 1st time visiting Jacky Guy's Hair Salon. I was attended to straight away which was great & not always the case in hair salons. Jacky was very lovely, friendly & easy to converse with. She even corrected an uneven hair cut I had from elsewhere before styling my hair & she did a wonderful job of it. I would definitely recommend Jacky Guy's & planning to book another appointment as will be visiting family in Bedford again soon. Thanks Jacky for a wonderful service.

I had my first ever keratin blow dry today and I’m so happy with the results. I have thick corse frizzy hair and Maria talked me through the options and what would be best for my hair. I’m absolutely over the moon with my results, my hair has never looked or felt this smooth and silky in my life.

All the Ladies were kind, clean and respectful. The salon is clean, I was offered refreshments and my hair was taken of beautifully. Thank you very much
