Anna was incredible from the beginning. She heard exactly what I wanted. From the colour, to the finished look. She set my expectations perfectly, and was so professional and friendly. My experience today at DBK Bayview with Raffi was absolutely amazing. We spent a few hours together styling, coloring, conditioning and shaping and this was the first time he undoubtedly worked his master creative hair stylist and colorist magic on my naturally curly hair! His massages are out of this world and when I asked him to explain the treatment plan, I was truly amazing at his knowledge and expertise! Thank you so much Raffi. I had an amazing first visit to the salon, Loukas did a beautiful pixie cut for me and I could not be happier with the entire appointment from start to finish. Loukas was polite and very easy to talk to and he explained everything he was doing as he was cutting my hair, he showed me how to style my cut properly and what products would work best for the cut. I cannot recommend the salon, and Loukas enough. Thank you so much for making me look and feel amazing!
