I had a wonderful experience. Michelle did such a wonderful job and gave me exactly what I asked for. I have very long hair and she ensured I kept my length (as I asked) while getting rid of all dead/split ends and cut my curtain bangs perfectly to shape my face well. She even agreed to do an impromptu eyeborw was and tint. Which looks amazing. The Soul Sanctuary experience was so relaxing and I walked out feeling so good. All the staff are so friendly. I even got puppy cuddles which made my day. Thank you for the experience ladies. I will be coming back every time ✨️✨️✨️✨️

I had my first haircut at Ella&Jade with Alyse today and could not be happier. She is super welcoming and is very knowledgeable about curly hair, so my hair was in great hands. She took the time to explain her techniques and give advice for styling my hair. The whole experience was very relaxing, with a complimentary coffee and crossiant, and fantastic decor and music. I'll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely amazing experience. My hair was a mess, home box dye job leaving me with multiple shades of red. Kate was super honest about all the different outcomes with what I was wanting with my hair and how it may react with certain products during the dying process. The complete look was better than I imagined, the colour was absolutely stunning and the texture of my hair felt so soft. She was upfront about the process of the next stage of my hair journey and I felt so comfortable and at ease. I can’t wait for my next appointment in a few weeks. Thanks again!
