Jackie is very friendly and professional. He knew we had a long appointment ahead so he gave me water, snacks, and boba tea in case i was hungry, which was very nice. I found James through great reviews online. After getting my haircut, I think it actually looks pretty good when I got home. However, I’m not sure why—unlike other salons I’ve been to—he didn’t style it with a curling iron at the end. Even though it’s just temporary styling, it usually adds a nice sense of occasion and makes me feel good. So I’m giving four stars 🤔
