Been coming here for around two and a half years with Mellissa doing my hair. I am so lucky to have found her as she has transformed my hair. I consider her my friend as well as my hairdresser. Please consider employing Gracie as an apprentice in the salon, she is a beautiful young lady with an effortless and friendly nature who interacts lovely with the clients and staff and is also works hard. And of course lovely Rihanna. This salon is a credit to Norwich. The staff are amazing and so many people go out looking lovely including me😊

I had a great experience with Amber! She did my hair beautifully, and the colour turned out exactly how I wanted. She was so gentle throughout the appointment, and her communication was excellent. Amber really listened to what I wanted and was honest about what to expect. I’m so happy with the result and would definitely recommend her!

Washing was thorough and relaxing, washing and straightening and hair trim was completed all within 2 hours on type 3c/4a texture long hair, really precise and amazing results. hair trim very minimal but left my hair feeling a lot healthier. Thank you for a lovely appointment, I will definitely be back :)

Amazing team. Such welcoming lovely ladies. Jenna has worked a miracle on my hair. What she started with was awful but after 9hrs across 2 sessions she created a miracle. Hugely recommend. Moved to Norwich from Essex 4 years ago and finally I have found a hairdressers that's the quality of us Essex girls. 5* all day long. Xx

It was my first time here, but I honestly had a great experience. The blowdry has a lot of volume, exactly what I wanted. And the price is very good, I also got a last minute app. Overall very impressed

I had a cut and colour with Macy today. She was attentive and made sure I was comfortable and asked if I wanted anything. Macy was chatty but it didnt slow her down. I sat in the comfiest chairs, the wash basin even had a built in foot rest! I discussed my fav colours and she knew just want would work for my hair and skin type. Macy curled my hair and gave me tips on how to make them last. She used Milkshake products which I love! Overall was a lovely experience and will definitely going back! Thank you xx

Very happy with how Frankie did my hair! I normally have Danielle, but as she was away I was fitted in with Frankie. She listened to what I wanted, and made a good job considering neither of us knew what colours Danielle had used! She is also very friendly, and easy to talk to 😊
