Charlotte was very kind and informative, explaining all aspects of hair loss. Ver comprehensive consultation there is no quick fix but feel in safe hands and feel can now work towards dealing with what the future brings.

Aleks is the only hair dresser I've ever come back to, I've got really thick hair and when I first saw her I was growing my hair out after having a shaved head. Id been to loads of hairdressers who just didn't understand my hair and had a string of terrible cuts. Aleks genuinely understands different hair types and styles, and shes really nice!

Jess was lovely, welcoming and knowledgable! She really listened to what I wanted and what she thought would be best which was so so nice! Love my hair and the care taken! She is easy to talk to, funny and sweet! The salon is beautiful, feels serene and unhurried — a lovely place to relax! Can’t wait to go back!

Just had my lips done for the first time with Sophie and she made me feel so relaxed as I’m really bad with pain her numbing cream was brilliant and she explained because of my lips it would be better to do half now and half in a few weeks for the best result ❤️❤️

Felt very relaxed during the appointment. I was talked through everything that was getting done and the reasons for it. My hair looks and feels so much better after being hacked by someone else. Fabulous!
