Yasu is excellent. He is thoughtful about the condition and styling of your hair, but negotiates with you on what your hair needs, not always necessarily want you want, which may damage your hair. I am very happy and feel safe having Yasu doing my hair.

Thank you the experience I had at the Lip Lab was awesome. I'm really happy with the lipstick and gloss I now have. Mya was lovely and certainly knew what she was doing. It was a lot of fun! My only suggestion would be to let the customer know if you need to change the consultant, as I didn't get the person I selected online. Apart from this I couldn't fault it and will be back and most certainly recommend it to friends and family. I received a gift voucher for my appointment and it was a wonderful present and an idea I will be using for my girlfriends Thank you Lip Lap
