My experience with Charmtress has been amazing so far! I started having alopecia around Mid March this year and only went for my first consultation and treatment on 4 May as I was still searching the best place for treatments. So so thankful I found Charmtress as it's been 2 months(5th session) since I went and I already started seeing great results on the 3rd session!!!😍 Paired with their 2 hair tonics(herb & gentle spritz) and of course your own consistency and patience, truly truly magical! The best place to get your hair and scalp treated if you have any issues. Highly recommend.

From greetings to shampooing, it was warm and welcoming. Elin has a good listening ear to my needs and the haircut turns out really nice. It’s light and more volume now. She did a great job on the fringe i want. :)

Jane did an amazing job of my hair. I always find it hard to explain what I need as I have super dark brown hair and want blonde highlights but with a tiny bit of my natural root. Jane spoke through everything and listened to what I wanted and it came out amazing.

He was fantastic—so knowledgeable and skilled! He gave me an amazing haircut, blow dry, and styling. Overall excellent experience. The hair wash was relaxing. Ice coffee was refreshing. Jun’s cut and styling was spot on. He had an eye on why suited me and hair cut fell very nicely. Great cut. Staff were also very friendly.

Ive been with charmtrees for about 1yr +. I went for their scalp treatment and everyone that did my hair treatment are the nicest people as they actually update you about your hair progression and educate me about their products they used. The products they use are all organic and eversince then i didnt use anymore chemicals products on my scalp. They taught me so much about how to take care of my dry and oily scalp. Not only that, they also slot my last minute booking for me to do my raya hair!!! so thankful for everyone at charmtress! this has been my go to salon, no regrets!

My first session with Rih for consultation and it was a breeze. Rih was friendly and she explained everything in details and it was easy to understand the whole process of how my journey is going to be like at Charmtress.
