Millie has been styling my hair for almost a year now. Every visit, there is a hair consultation and she is honest about it what needs to be done and realistic about what is achievable. I always leave happy with the end result. Millie is very knowledgeable and skilled in her profession. I would highly recommend her.

Outstanding!! I was so nervous, having waited a whole year to try find a new salon to have my hair done. From the second I stepped into the salon, I was treated like I'd been going there for years. Such a friendly and family like atmosphere, calm and relaxed. My hair looks amazing and I'm already booked in again. Thank you to you all for making me (and my autistic daughter stealing the sweets) feel so welcome xxx p.s. the shared mince pies and christmas nibbles were perfect too! See you in the new year :)

I love my visits to see Ella & Millie at The Hair Retreat. They are both so welcoming & friendly and listen to what you have in mind. They give the best advice and options/alternatives in a professional & polite manner. I have always had short hair but with their guidance & encouragement, my hair is the longest it’s ever been and is at its healthiest. I’ve never left their salon unhappy with any aspect of my hair and the colour is perfect every time. They also make the best Merry Munch & drinks x

Took my 1 year old for his first hair cut and I was so nervous and emotional about it but we were put at ease and we talked through what we were hoping before the hair cut. Fantastic service, really friendly staff and my little boy looks so smart! Will definitely be returning!

Brilliant consultation with Pete really listened to my hair concerns regarding colour. Explained the science behind the colour system and I'm so pleased with the results. 😃

I had my hair done elsewhere but wasn’t completely happy with the result. I found Sabrina online and she had me in for a consultation and skin test. She squeezed me into her busy schedule so I wouldn’t hate my hair for Christmas. Sabrina is very knowledgable and passionate and this shines through when speaking to her. I felt really comfortable throughout chatting away and the result was just as I had asked for. I give 6 stars as I had the added bonus of getting to pet and make a fuss of Bella the pooch during my appointment too! Would definitely recommend! x

Nice airy salon with a friendly lady who knows what she is doing. I had struggled to find a reliable hairdresser in the region but today I am happy to found someone I can return to for good haircut.
