A warm welcome from the ladies, and a nice cup of tea. Clean, modern salon. One of the best hair washes I’ve had, and after the hair consultation, it was cut just as I wanted. Would recommend.

First time with Beth but she was amazing! She listened to everything i wanted and explained everything really well. She got my hair exactly as i wanted it even with my hair having colour banding. And it turned out better than i hoped for! Would recommend (and have been) to everyone :)

Rebecca is a great stylist helping me grow out my dyed hair, we are getting there ,

Laura is seriously the best, my hair has never looked so good and nor has the colour; couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I got a cut and blow dry with Rebecca today. I instantly felt welcome and at ease. She’s chatty and friendly and I felt like an old friend. She listened to me about my concerns and gave me some tips on a problem and how to manage it, she was a star. She did my hair exactly how I wanted it and I love it. Definitely recommend her. Lovely person.

Rebecca was amazing and knows exactly what she's talking about, I dont get my hair done often and when I do I am never happy with it but thats all changed with my experience at Richer Tones. Highly recommended

My hairdresser is just so lovely she does wot I want and my hair is always so nice , also not forgetting the junior she just makes me fall asleep when she washes my hair thank you xx❤️🩷
