My experience at your salon in Pontypridd today was amazing. My stylist Kelly is always friendly. Her attention to detail is fantastic and she always blowdries and curls my hair to finish. I had highlights today and I am extremely pleased with them. I explained what I wanted and they have exceeded my expectations!. Tracy was also a fantastic help. Thank you 😊

From the moment I arrived for my consultation on the Wed I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. Claire knew I was hoping for an appointment ASAP as I was going out on the Friday. She was extremely accommodating and fitted me in for an appointment the following day. The staff were extremely welcoming, and made me feel at ease immediately. Alaan and his team are so friendly and I would recommend this salon to everyone. Thank you guys. 😊

Excellent experience at Pearce and Chapman today. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. I’m really pleased with my hair done by Dave. My hair was in a mess, with a previous bad cut (from another hair dresser) and really orange tones to correct. Dave listened to my ideas at the consultation and after hours of effort and very technical colouring, I now have a great result. Very happy 😊

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome and completely at ease. She's such a lovely person, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. She took so much time and pride in making sure my hair was absolutely perfect, explaining every step along the way and giving me loads of advice on how to keep it looking its best. I had a bit of an issue with my appointment but it was all sorted out quickly with a complimentary treatment. I had a different stylist in the end but I loved the outcome. Trish was super friendly, super precise with my hair cut. I really loved that about her, she ensured no stray hair was left poking out and my ends were evenly cut. I would definitely recommend Trish to anyone who needs a new style. I also love that they offer refreshments because I really needed a cup of tea and it really finished the experience.

Wow, what more could i say about the service and people at the salon. Again went in with not sure what colours to have on feet and hands. Left it to the ladies and what a perfect choice. Never let me down.
