Fiona is absolutely the best! She’s incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming; on top of that, she’s truly fantastic at hair. As a queer person, getting my hair done can sometimes be stressful because conversations often include assumptions about being straight, questions about a boyfriend or husband, or defaulting to he/him pronouns. Fiona has never done this. She’s always completely neutral and never makes assumptions about anyone’s gender or sexuality, which makes the whole experience so much more comfortable. I’ve recommended her to so many people already and will continue to do so! Love y

Amazing hairdresser, such a lovely environment, I always get a hot drink & home made biscuits, very good hair cut & colour, been using Lozza for over a year and wouldn't go anywhere else. She makes me feel so comfortable and is very good at giving advice when I’m not sure what to do with my hair.
