I had an amazing colour consultation with Arch. He was very attentive in giving me best options to keep my hair not only beautiful, but also healthy. There was no rushing, we even went over the time. And the receptionist was very friendly too.

Solomon is amazing. Intuitive and clear. I wanted a fringe (with curly hair) he proposed a long part fringe to see how I get on and then refresh with a fringe top up. Was super helpful to realise I actually don’t want a fringe with my curly hair! Would and do travel miles to see him.

I had the most amazing experience with George and his team today! They made me feel at home straight away and genuinely cared about the health of my hair. My hair has never looked this good! The service was incredible, and the head massage made me feel like royalty. I can’t wait to go back! I live nearly 3 hours away and will definitely be visiting again when my hair needs some TLC! Thank-you again!

It was one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. My sister had recommended going to them for a silk press & her recommendation was so strong that I had to book them. When I went, I understood why. The amount of care I had from every employee at the salon (not just the person doing my hair) was impeccable. Jo, Nellie and Jacqueline (apologies if I’ve spelt any names wrong) genuinely took their time with my hair, giving me a free consultation and recommending products I would use in the future. Nellie was the absolute best with my hair, I couldn’t believe what she did to my hair!!!

I found my experience at Hayato London very positive. My stylist (Hironao) took the time to listen carefully during the consultation and recommended a hairstyle that worked perfectly for my hair. Every step was handled with great care and professionalism, from the relaxing shampoo and massages to the precise layering cut and final styling. I'm very happy with the result.

Steve was amazing. He is very friendly and honest giving me advice on what I should do for my damaged bleached and straightened hair. He wanted the best for his clients and even though it was my first visit but I already feel home and his professionalism is through the roof with how he handled the treatment for my hair and the haircut was brilliant leaving my hair feel refreshed and healthy again. I am really grateful to have met Steve and his fabulous take on my haircut and treatment today. I will definitely return.

Dan was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and accommodating (as well as the other staff). He listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and it came out even better than I expected. He also helped me with some consultation on hair color and we did a patch and strip test, so I'm excited to come back and get my hair colored!

Dita is absolutely lovely and clearly has a loyal client base, and it’s easy to see why! I also had the best hair wash and head massage I’ve ever experienced (done by another lady whose name I didn’t catch). The service was thoughtful throughout, with great attention to detail, including drink offers. Highly recommend!

I visited Hayato on January 27th for a haircut, shampoo, and a consultation about perm options. The experience was absolutely fantastic 😍 ☺️ Airi, my stylist, was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and patient. She carefully listened to my concerns and needs, offering sincere and professional advice. I'm beyond satisfied with the entire process. Also, the tea and little treats provided were a lovely and thoughtful touch 🙌 wikl definitely come for perming and treatment

I ‘ve had my hair cut for a good few years at Yss Studio and would never go anywhere else .

had my hair washed, cut, and blowdried by Anna and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, she was welcoming, professional!

Omg I am never getting my hair done anywhere else again, salons usually give me anxiety but as soon as I met Carla and stepped in to her salon I felt so relaxed, she made me a beautiful hot chocolate while we did my consultation, and watched some comedy on her laptop while we chatted and she did my hair, I am so so happy with the results I have had so many compliments on my new hair. After having a baby if felt so bad about the way I looked but you really gave me my confidence back I can’t thank you enough, see you in a few months xx

I get my hair done by Ludovic at Glamhair studio and I have absolutely nothing but praise. As a stylist, Ludovic is incredibly talented but also provides valuable experience and opinion during consultation. He rescued my hair from a previous salon experience and I haven't considered trusting anyone else with my hair since! The Salon is always clean and has a friendly feel to it and this compliments my service every time. Worth noting, the mirrors do not make you cringe at yourself as much as some harshly lit salons do! Already looking forward to my next hair appointment!
