The Japanese Hair Spa was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable moments I have ever spent in a hair salon. Samy created an environment that left me feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. My hair and scalp now feels nourished and healthy. I would highly recommend this service and left the salon feeling like I had been on holiday. Honestly can’t thank Mila enough! 🙌 My Brazilian took 6 hours (yes, 6!) because my hair was so tangled, but she never rushed or complained. She carefully detangled everything and the result is stunning — smooth, shiny, and star-worthy 🌟 The only thing I’d suggest is explaining the products a bit more, but overall it was a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend

Fatima is brilliant, she knows exactly how my colour/cut that my hair needs without me even explaining. I have been coming to Fatima’s now for a few years and wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else, I honestly trust her and she does my hair to perfection. Beautiful relaxed and friendly salon which is always a plus.

5* treatment as always at Esher. I had an in-depth consultation incl facial imaging to see where my skin needed help the most followed by suggested treatments. It’s a very relaxing, professional space with extensive treatments to suit everyone.

As always, Samy’s salon is friendly and very relaxing and the haircut is fantastic.

This was my first time going to Samy’s salon and it was lovely. My hair has made me feel like me again and I couldn’t be happier with it! Samy did exactly what I asked for. The salon has a laying down basin which is way more comfortable and as it was cold Samy even put the heated blanket on which was super nice. The vibe was super relaxing and I can’t wait to go back there to get my hair done next time!!🩷🩷

Samy is amazing!!! She did my last hair appointment before my wedding and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. She is a balayage wizard and nails the colour every time I see her. Plus she is just a wonderful person and creates a positive and calming experience at Oh Hey Doll.
