Matthew is so lovely and I have full trust in him with my hair. I went from having very fine dull hair to getting extensions which look so healthy and natural as I went with his recommendation on colour/amount and I absolutely love it!

Kellie as usual was very warm and professional, hair washed cut dryed and straightened in good time. Would definatley recommend her to anyone looking for a exceptional hairdresser. They are also offering a nail bar during December.

Sparkling clean salon. Everyone is super fiendly and there is exceptional attention to customer. I had GHD curls from Nima and the results were stunning. The day after the curls were still in place and received tons of compliments. The hair was dried very well and they did not crisp despite the misty week-end. Thanks Nima 🌸 Also great welcoming from the blond girl, very very kind.

I am delighted. My hair was a mess. Matthew gave me great advice. I had been growing my hair but was unsure as to keep it long or cut it shorter. 🤔 looks fab now. 2 inches off. Dry ends gone. Thinned out and bit of style restored. I'm booked in for colour. And several blow drys. So glad I went to this salon. Smells lovely too. 😍

It was my first time at Neptune and Kelly made me feel very welcome and took time with my consultation. I love my haircut and look forward to my next visit. Thank you again Kelly 😊

5 star service from start to finish. Greeted with a consultation what I would like, asked if wanted a refreshment tea, coffee water.. opted for water which came in a lovely glass personalised Neptune bottle (nice touch), then whilst washing my hair was given head massage and seated in a massage chair, so relaxing. I opted for choppy cut and was razor cut which haven't had before and super delighted with it. Thanks Kelly will definitely be back.

Had my hair done by Kelly. Couldn’t be happier!!. Gives a thorough consultation and talked me through step by step. She educated me on products for my hair and the backwash massage chair was so relaxing. *****RECOMMEND*****
