This was the best hairdressing experience I've had! My first haircut here and I don’t think I want to ever go anywhere else now. Nathaniel is so nice and friendly, he did a proper consultation about what I wanted, has cut it exactly as I asked, but using his knowledge to make it look it’s best. I only went for a trim and to get my fringe cut back in but it’s been cut so well! He clearly knows exactly what he’s talking about and takes pride in his work. A very nice coffee and a biscuit too which is a lovely touch ☺️

Fantastic service provided by Ellie! My hair was in real need of freshening up as it qaslooking really washed out and dull, but Ellie completely transformed it and it now looks absolutely fab!! So happy, 10/10 would highly recommend! 😀

Leah is consistently incredible. I’ve been coming to her for 5 years this year, and I honestly wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair at this point. So glad I tried this place! I find it difficult to find a salon that doesn't make me feel out-of-place or overwhelmed by noise, lights, people and smells (I'm neurodivergent), but Grays gives a sense of space that feels safe and inclusive. Nikkie has cut and styled my hair twice now, and I've loved it both times. Always great nattering about how ace dogs are, too! I'll definitely be back.

I’ve had an absolutely brilliant experience for my first appointment today with James! Right from the consultation he was professional, friendly and informative, far more so than any other salon I’ve ever visited! After not touching my hair in over a year and a half I was a bit nervous to let someone do anything to it but James was brilliant, my extensions are fabulous and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. So happy to finally have a hair dresser again that I’m actually looking forwards to going back to!
