My 5 year old daughter who can be very difficult when it comes to brushing hair, loved every minute of it. Katrina was lovely with her and she’s already looking forward to the next haircut!

Staff are always friendly and helpful, often going out of their way to help me personally as I have mobility problems. Claire , who is my personal hairdresser is excellent, always ready to discuss problem hair and offers sound advice. However, I would have no hesitation in being cared for by any member of staff should Claire not be available.

Absolutely fantastic service by Katrina. Got me an appointment quickly when another hairdresser let me down. Completely understood what I was looking for, talked me through the process to achieve it, and walked out with beautiful hair! Thank you so much. What a gem! So glad I have found her!
