I booked a first consultation with Shana few weeks ago to tell her about my hair and the worries I had to get them done by other people. She replied to all the questions I had in a very professional way. She is fully booked (understandably) but she took time to do my braids on her rest day. I am beyond grateful to have found her and for her 10/10 customer service. The result is amazing and you get to learn about your own hair during all the appointment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Shana. You deserve so much more.

I absolutely loved my hair. I went in thinking the front of my locks couldn’t be fixed because the front my locks fell out, but Shana fixed it and she did it so prefect.
