I was able to book an appointment easily online, at a time that was suitable for myself and son. Sophie did an excellent job with cutting my 18 month olds hair. She was very friendly and did it in a way that didn't cause any stress or unhappiness for him.

As always Marie did a wonderful job with my hair. I decided to embrace my grey by having lots of highlights so it blended in as it grows. Very pleased with the results. There is always a warm welcome with an array of drinks to choose whilst you sit back and enjoy the pampering. Would highly recommend a visit.

Alison is warm & very welcoming, I saw her for a consultation regarding a ‘new head of hair’. I’m really looking forward to the results.

Alison was great. So gentle with my hair removal unlike my previous company. She was also very honest about a refund for me which which she could of kept and I wouldn't of known about so that says alot about her professional caring ways. Would defo recommend her

It’s worth the travel from Newhaven to Eastbourne. Darice has a great way of making you feel safe , comfortable and cared for. She has great massage techniques and can adapt her pressure when requested. I like firm pressure and she always delivers. It’s a great place, you can get a few things done at once. Highly recommend. See u in a few weeks 😇💕

A great consultation. Alison is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very relaxed. We discussed all aspects of extensions. I came away really happy I was in the hands of experience. Looking forward to my next appointment. 5 stars
