Chloe did a colour correction as unfortunately I had a bad experience elsewhere. She took so much care and the whole experience was great finishing of with a lovely gentle blow-dry and style. The team are lovely and always accommodating. I’ve had Rachael and Charlotte do my hair in the past too and it always turns out beautiful. Thanks total makeover team.

A fantastic atmosphere, everyone is really friendly & easy to get along with. Charlotte did my hair & I was so chuffed with how it turned out. Literally better than I ever imagined!! Such a lovely lady, she handled me with such great care and attention. Naomi has about 40 years of experience in her field and her work did demonstrate the acumen she has in this field. I usually rushed to Manchester for a slightest of treatment now I know where to head when I need a treatment done, quick consultation, or need advice on skincare products. She’s such a charm to be around, she’ll make you comfortable the minute you meet her & I certainly look for comfort with my beautician. Thank you Naomi & hope to see you in 2 weeks’ time. ❤️
