I hesitantly booked a consultation after some negative experiences with previous stylists in the area. I really didn't need to worry, Brydie and Carys really listened and gave their honest opinion which is really what I needed. I asked for face framing baby lights with a few through the top and a neutral toner. They nailed my hair, I've had so many compliments on the colour (by Brydie) and the cut (by Carys). It's perfect. Excellent value for money IMO, paid double last time for a senior stylist to leave me with a blotchy bleach job and terrible fringe. Will definitely be back to Bespoke!

Excellent experience at JRW hair studio today. Thorough consultation, relaxing hair wash and massage , expert cut. I feel so relived as I thought I had lost my curls. 100% recommend to others with curly hair. Salon has a really chilled out feel to it too. Definitely returning

Always 10/10.. Janine is a miracle worker and always has me feeling so good and beautiful when I leave 😍 so worth the 45 minute commute just to have her do my hair. Wouldn't go to anyone else

Fantastic experience! Jamie was confident he could do something with my mass of hair - and he did just that! I’ve never had such amazing defined and soft curls with such a super shape. The process is so simple and friendly, it’s great to have a consultation and be able to talk through the idea and look at inspo pictures. Jamie and Julie are so friendly and attentive, the service is amazing and makes you feel so relaxed. The colour services are perfect, had a great experience going both blonde and brunette.

An exvellent service!! I visited for a cut and blowdry for the first time. I went in with a little trepidation, but I came out floating calmly on a cloud! Janine was warm and friendly, and after a brief consulation, cut and styled my hair in an instinctive, fuss-free and highly professional way. First time at JRW hair studio today and I was blown away by this place being in the hair industry myself I usually leave a haircut feeling deflated as the cut turns out simply not what I want which has resulted in me cutting my own hair for the past 3 years. This is hands down the most precise haircut I have ever had, Jamie understood from the very start of the consultation exactly what I wanted and takes his time to achieve the results. This isn’t a quick in and out chop shop this is hidden gem of a place who actually undercharges his worth! Thank you, You are now stuck with me for life :)
