I had a great experience with Jillian today for my first consultation. Jillian was upfront and realistic about my expectations and cost which was really appreciated.

This was my first visit with Victoria and she offered excellent consultation based on information she gathered in advance and upon meeting. The colour, cut and treatments and styling made for a fantastic finish. It’s was lovely getting acquainted and planning for future visits, with scalp treatment session to follow soon. Victoria is warm, welcoming, a great conversationalist and she has tapped into the look I am aiming to achieve as I blend the grey and seek some dramatic effect. Looking forward to our next colour session.

I was so delighted to have had a consultation prior to my styling. It was well worth it. I was in need of a huge clean up and left feeling refreshed, and revitalized. My hair not only looks healthy but is on the right track to staying that way. I will be back for regular upkeep after not finding any other suitable stylists that fit my needs and personal style. 10/10 Also the salon is sooo cute, feels like a lil slice of home.

Victoria is fantastic and cut snd colour. As my hair changes with age she is helping me to blend in silver and understand how we can keep a lot of dimension along with enjoying the sparkle. There are hairdressers, and then there’s Franca. From the moment you arrive, she creates a warm, welcoming experience that feels truly special. She’s incredibly knowledgeable in everything from cutting to colour theory, and somehow always understands exactly what I’m envisioning. We discuss realistic goals, and she consistently delivers results that exceed expectations. She’s talented, intuitive, and a genuinely beautiful human. When I move across Canada, I’ll still be flying back for my cut and colour, that’s how exceptional she is.

Excellent service, comfortable space, 10/10 would recommend.
