Elise is quite honestly something else! I knew from the moment I sat down that I was in safe hands. She listened carefully to my thoughts and concerns, used my reference image so perfectly and even helped me to customise the cut and style I was after to suit my features and the way I wear my hair day-to-day. Elise has incredible attention to detail, and an amazing knowledge of all things haircare. It was so lovely to have a chat and a peppermint tea while she worked her magic!
