Elaine is warm, genuine, and attentive. She truly listened, was honest about what could and couldn’t be achieved, and committed to a result that wouldn’t damage my hair. I loved that Elaine took care of me from start to finish (unlike salons who have different people apply and remove colour, blow dry hair etc). To top it all off, the coffee and massage chairs were exceptional! Such a comfortable and positive experience! Thanks Elaine.
