Rachelle went above and beyond today. She welcomed me on her day off after sending her a text early in the morning regarding a previous botched job I had done elsewhere and I was not happy with. Rachelle took her time and worked her magic. Her knowledge and experience of colours reflected on the end result of my hair . I can not express how grateful I am for Bellisimo fixing my hair. I went a hairdresser that absoluruined my hair, she didn't cut it as per the picture and instead of using purple shampoo on my bleach hair she used a mix of purple, red and yellow / orange which she scattered on my hair. It truly was horrendous. I called out to Bellisimo who fit me into thier schedule and with care removed the blotchy disgusting colour (both cut and colour aged me by 20 years) to produce a beautiful soft milkshake colour while protecting my now over processed hair. An absolute life saver. Thank you!
