My stylist did a fabulous job of my hair. My only complaint is I asked specifically on the charge before coming & was given a price, then received a confirmation email with an additional charge, I voiced that it was concerning and then on the day found another additional charge. This is such a shame as it leaves a bad taste when the stylist has done such a brilliant effort. I will definitely come back but my feedback is you need to be 100% transparent on your costs to avoid nasty surprises at the end. Its not about the cost of the servIce but meeting an expectation that was set.
