This was my first time visiting Casagrande, and I was desperate to give my curly hair a refresh and learn more about how to take care of my curls. Laiz was very thorough with her explanations about the trichoscopy exam, and recommended a new treatment I never tried before to soothe my scalp. My hair and skin is quite sensitive, but Laiz gave some lovely product recommendations and how to improve my hair care routine. She is knowledgeable, kind, and extremely patient! Laiz, thank you for boosting my confidence and reminding me that all curly hairstyles can be beautiful. Obrigada!!

10/10 experience. From the moment I walked in, staff listened to what I wanted, but was also realistic with me in what I was able to achieve based on my hair. They listened to my concerns every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my hair. They educated me and recommended products to make sure I'm able to upkeep and maintain my hair. David even went beyond the services I originally came in for, giving me a partial keratin treatment and dust-cut to make ensure I left there confidently. Loved the staff, would absolutely recommend & return back as a customer.

I recently visited Jamal for a silk press, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish he was professional, attentive and really took the time to ensure my hair was perfectly straightened without any damage. I went to Giulia to cut, color and style a wig I recently got and wanted it to look as much as my natural hair as possible. Giulia’s cut and gentle color treatment of the wig came out looking much more natural and like my hair than I thought was possible when I initially picked the wig up. The cut is fresh and layered nicely to make it fall naturally. Giulia was also friendly and welcoming, making you feel comfortable in her salon.

My daughter and I have been coming here for years. Very friendly and professional service. Shirley does a wonderful job with coloring our hair and providing keratin treatments. Checkers is a master and perfectionist in cutting hair.

Decode Salon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had an outstanding experience at Decode Salon, located at 210 Centre Street, New York 10013. The Professionalism of Qiu, Debbie provided exceptional service that exceeded my expectations. I opted for the Milbon Japanese hair treatment, Hair Color, and weeks after keratin treatment, and I very happy with the results. Qiu’s expertise shone through as he expertly assessed my hair's needs recommended the best treatments for me. The Milbon treatment left my hair feeling incredibly soft and revitalized, while the Keratin treatment. I highly recommend!

I was greeted warmly and promptly. They were sure to review my notes and mad sure I was comfortable. Had the best experience with my teen for a much needed treatment and haircut. Laiz is so knowledgeable and taught my teenager (and myself) styling techniques and better ways to care for our curly hair. The scalp treatment was amazing! She is a hair therapist and takes her time to understand your hair health. A haircut with a holistic approach! We walked out of casagrande salon feeling phenomenal!

Perfect. Kim uses the ideal color for my hair and complexion. A new assistant, Lisa, took great care in washing, etc. as if she had known me for ages. Treatments were personalized and exactly what I wanted. Plus, the two are the nicest, friendly people concerned about their tasks and me. Also, so relaxing and fun.
