Watching my mum walk out of Soph’s salon is honestly one of my favourite things. She’d been with the same hairdresser for years and years, so persuading her to try someone new was a big deal. After just one appointment with Soph, she never went back. Great as always. Steph listens to what I want and gives me that unless she feels it isn’t right for me and we will discuss a way forward. Cuts my hair beautifully and always does the colouring the way I like it
